CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 4 weeks prior to commencement of course you can avail of a transfer of fees to other dates or a refund less €20 handling charge.
Up to 2 weeks prior to the course start date you can avail of a 75% transfer of course fees to other dates (if spaces are available) or a 50% refund of the course fee(s) paid.
You may incur an accommodation cancellation fee or be charged the full accommodation amount if booking accommodation through Oideas Gael and you cancel within the week prior to the course start date.

EPV (Extra Personal Vacation) courses are for teachers teaching in Ireland only and are approved by the Department of Education and Science for inservice training. The reduced fee is by arrangement with the Department of Education and Science.
We will try to arrange accommodation for you according to your preferences. If you have any special requirements (accommodation, dietary etc.), let us know in the comments field. If your choice of accommodation is no longer available, we will discuss other options with you.

This sum does not include accommodation. You will pay for your accommodation to the provider on site.
